Frank Soppa
Vice President
In his role as Vice President of NovaMed’s Optical Services Group, Frank oversees the operations of the Alliance – optical & medical product purchasing; Midwest labs - wholesale optical laboratories; Optical Synergies - optical lab supply purchasing; and Family Vision Care, our affiliated Optometric practice. Frank joined NovaMed in 1999 and has been involved in the eyecare industry for over 30 years.

Kim Bratcher
Operations Manager
Kim joined The Alliance in January 1999 and is in charge of directing the day to day operations for the Alliance. Kim and her team members strive to provide outstanding customer service. She negotiates discount structures and pricing with the vendors. Kim enjoys outdoor activities and sporting events.

Hope Notz
Finance Manager
Hope joined The Alliance in December 1999 and she manages our accounts payables and all finance responsibilities. She also serves as our External Account Retention Coordinator and visits our buying group members on a monthly basis.  Hope looks forward to the time spent with our buying group members.  She enjoys spending time sewing for her granddaughter’s and in the summer swimming with her family.

Kris Davis
Billing Administration Manager
Kris joined The Alliance in June 2000 and her position responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the billing department.  This includes working closely with the vendors in regard to monthly statements, billing issues and establishing/maintaining electronic data importing.  She also monitors the processing of all credit card and ACH payments and assists in providing outstanding customer service.  Kris enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending sporting events.

Chris joined The Alliance in August 2000 and her responsibilities include the growth and development of our sales, revenues, and buying group associations and membership.   She also works with buying group members on competitive and cost analysis for their products.  Chris enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and motorcycle riding.

Jadyn joined the Alliance in July 2009. Her responsibilities include marketing and management of our medical supply business along with coordinating our social media affiliations and external communications to our buying group members. Jadyn enjoys scrapbooking, reading and spending time with family.

Peak Performance Coordinator
Deena joined The Alliance in August of 1999.  She is responsible for helping Alliance members maximize their savings through The Peak Performance Program.  Deena assists P3 members with customer service issues and discount and pricing analysis.  She is also involved with the Medical Supply Purchasing Program.

Janice joined The Alliance in November 2003 and serves as a liaison between the members, optical vendors and The Alliance to ensure that member accounts are opened properly. Janice enjoys spending time with her family, working with children and animals, fishing, hiking and sewing.

Kevin Kessler
Chicago Area Sales Consultant
Kevin has been in Healthcare Sales for 11 years, including three years of Ocular Sales. Kevin joined The Alliance in August 2009 and will be located in our Chicago market. His responsibilities include annual sales reviews for Alliance members, new member recruitment and medical supply sales. Kevin is a diehard Cub fan; enjoys spending time with wife and 3 children and attending baseball and hockey events.
